Order Tracking

Delivery Conditions & Limitations

To ensure successful delivery, please review the following information:

  • Incorrect Address: Elorielle is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the shipping carrier.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned because they were unclaimed may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order has entered processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Elorielle is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • All packing materials
