Refund policy

At Elorielle, we want every customer to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by following the policy below.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Include all original tags.
  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Show no signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage caused after delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Lingerie and underwear
  • Bras and shapewear
  • Swimwear with the protective hygiene strip removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale products
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care

Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team to request return authorization.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we will send you the correct return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking information, as Elorielle cannot be responsible for return packages lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping label and package

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.


Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.


Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order begins processing.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly.
